In this talk we introduce the functions of the title and discuss on some aspects of their theory. The talk will mainly focus on functions defined an taking values in complete, algebraically closed fields of positive characteristic. However, fragments of the structures we will describe also occur in the classical framework over the complex numbers. If the time allows it, we will discuss about this topic too.
