Let $N$ be an odd square-free integer. We give a lifting map from the space of Jacobi cusp forms of level $1$ and index $N$ consisting of eigen forms with respect to the Atkin-Lehner operators into the space of Jacobi cusp forms of level $N$ and index $1$ with certain quadratic character under some conditions.
