I am a Ph.D. student in the Mathematical Physics research group of Prof. Dr. Johannes Walcher at Heidelberg University.

My research interests are in the fields of string theory and algebraic geometry. More specifically, I am interested in mirror symmetry, a duality between Calabi-Yau manifolds arising in string compactifications. My current work focuses on extensions of mirror symmetry that are physically related to open strings and D-branes, employing Hodge theory as an underlying mathematical framework.
